Looking for Gunsmith to machine bit on Mini 30 receiver

Looking for gunsmith to mill factory scope bases off new SS Mini 30 and fit set of Talley QD bases.

Want to use Talley QD scope rings and to do that, need the mill off the factory integral bases and put Talley bases on.

Guessing would use set of Gunsmith blank bases.

With set of Talley blank bases custom fitted will be dead straight and aligned properly.
