I am rather new to "advanced reloading" and wildcat cartridges. I would like to find some basic information on how to fire form cases. Specifically I am considering a 284 Shehane and there is not any commercial brass produced for this cartridge, that I know of, yet. I really don't know where to begin so if someone can point me to articles, books, etc. I would appreciate it.

I shoot 20 Bobcat, 223 AI, and 22-250 AI and have formed them all just firing loads. Accuracy is surprisingly good. I just never wanted to venture in the COW forming. But I am always able to slightly compress the case with the bolt when forming.
