Looking for an Arca bipod with a down-to-earth price. Suggestions?

If such an animal doesn't exist, I'll throw a rucksack on the bench. I'm trying take advantage of specials during the holidays.

I do have a Harris SLM but I don't want some kind of funky, arca, adaptor band-aid fix. If anyone has found a sturdy arca bipod for $100 to $150, I would appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

Have a Merry X-mas and a Happy New Year.

I know you said you don’t want an ”funky, arca, adaptor band-aid fix”, but I took one of my Harris bipods and put the Area 419 conversion on it and couldn’t be happier. It doesn’t look like a mess of aftermarket adapters, and requires you to take off the original Harris mounting and replace with the 419.

The cost was right in line with what you’re looking for.

I'll check them out, for sure. I'm going from a 6mm hunting rifle to one of those Savage Elite Precision in 6mm. So round stock to a square stock with arca and m-locks. The Savage wasn't my first choice. A Tikka Sporter was, which I couldn't get, followed by the RPR which wasn't offered in left-hand.

It's tough being a lefty. There must be a purpose to it all. Seventy years and I still haven't figured it out. Thanks, for the info.

Happy holidays.

You might want to try these - I have a pair of the previous-generation model on my Ruger RPR and they've served me well. The M-lok attachment is sturdy, and it's convenient to have them fold above the bottom of the stock. The price is certainly right, especially with the current discoumt.
