Looking for a very specific front rest top

Instead of the traditional TOP with sides that adjust to specific bags, I have seen a couple that allowed the sides to close to any width by allowing the sides (with small openings) to slide over a thin strip of materiel whether leather or tough synthetics or even nylon, One is commonly sold but does not have a forearm stop and for some reason, the manufacturer does not see the need for one.

I have been looking for some time so maybe someone can help me find a solution.

The Seb NEO has such a top that takes either a 3 piece bag or a one piece bag. Not sure of any other rests with that configuration.

Even at 900 of Italian (?) currency it does not have the stop included!
None of the responses have shown a unit where the sides can be bought all the way together.

Is this what you envision? This rest has a one piece bag...not what you describe. But, picture it with a separate small side bag on the sliding tabs and a separate thin bottom bag. In that configuration the side bags can be brought together to have the opposing bags nearly touching each other. Fine pressure adjustments are made from knobs on the outside of the vertical tabs that hold the 'side bags'.
