The only mechanism is to put your name on the board with F-Open or F-TR beside it and hope an incomplete team sees it. You might also want to put your mobile number next to your name.

My team was unable to stay for the World's, so I'm only going to shoot in the individual portion of that one, but one never knows; at least I'll have the ammo for it.

Correct, but sometimes stuff happens and someone can't shoot and the team scrambles to replace that shooter.
