Looking for a place that hones sizing die necks

Does anyone have a company or gunsmith who hones the necks of a sizing die to a specified diameter? My full length die over-sizes the necks of my 280AI brass way too far. I really don't want to move to a bushing die if this service is reasonably priced. Thanks in advance for any info.

I had Redding do one for me several years ago.

It may go through the hardening layer, but it's really a nonissue if you keep your brass clean.

You likely won't use it enough to have any wear anyway.

Every .001 off neck thickness will deduct .002 of inside diameter on a full length die. Are you able to turn your necks to adjust the tension? No expander ball or mandrel needed at times. You can tune the die by neck wall thickness without honing in some cases.

May have to do it yourself...lathe available? ...make a go pin gauge the diameter you want to slip through the die neck. Split small aluminum rod, like a cleaning rod with a hacksaw. Die in lathe collet. Sandpaper 3m or Norton brand wetordry wrapped around aluminum rod in the direction of splidle travel ...polish to size. Go slow, clean & try for size... brass springs back depending on hardness or anneal, will slightly affect diameter of neck.
