Looking for a Hunting layering system for my needs

I’ve been wearing insulated Field & Stream camo for years and it’s served me well. Pretty warm on sits, but really sweaty on stalks and walks. I hunt the hills of northeastern PA and walks aren’t always easy.
I have a pair good under armor base layer that I want to keep. What I want is a mid layer that will be my outer layer during warmer temps/early season, and an outer layer for long sits in the cold. Temps can be up to 70* during early bow and feet of snow during late rifle season when im
Sitting. That middle layer will get a workout, as I do like to walk around. So flexibility and durability are a must. Here’s a synopsis:
Base layer: Got it.
Mid layer: wind stopping, durable, flexible, water proof/resistant; leaning towards Kuiu attack pants for the bottoms, AFTCO reaper hoodie on top. I need to find a jacket to replace the Reaper if it’s going to be wet, as the Aftco is not waterproof.
Outer layer: warmth. Will only be wearing when it’s cold out. Needs to be easily removed.

looking for suggestions and experiences. Thank you!

but really sweaty on stalks and walks.
Just sharing my experiences.

I lived in WV many years, and the normal walk into my tree stand involved about 500 feet of vertical elevation gain over typically a mile walk. No way I could wear what I needed to sit through the morning with and not be sweated through (which of course will make you extra cold). So what I did was run the heater nice and warm on the drive, and carry everything with me on the walk in (not wearing any of it). Only then could I arrive at the stand without sweating. Climbed in and put my layers on.

While still hunting, I could wear what I wear in the stand and be fine. If you are walking fast enough to sweat, you aren't still hunting, you are traveling.

I did a lot of backpacking in WV. Wore all different kind of rain wear (Goretex, etc), but if you are exerting, none of them can pass the moisture they need to in order to prevent you from getting clammy. Just way too much moisture that would need to pass through those small (molecular size) openings. So I would pick layers that would pass the moisture I produced from the exertion. And retain some of their insulating qualities.

The "extreme cold weather clothing system" search ECWS to find vendors has a great shell that is about the best deal going a breathable waterproof shell with features like pit zippers that make regulation of temp and humidity easier. I can layer varying number of fleece ad wool layers to stay wear and be able to move in most temps. I have gotten my last ECWS shells from Sportsman's Guide.
