looking for a good handload for the savage model 12fv in 204 please post

I just bought a model 12FV in savage 204 ruger 26" bull barrel synthetic stock and i put a 6by18 50mm bushnell on it ive been trying to find a good load for it by handloading i was wondering if anybody out there that has the same rifle and has found a good handload for it i have BLC2, H4895, Benchmark, please post some l0ads for me can't wait to try a few thanks

I have same rifle, have shot right around .25 at 100 with 26.5 grains of benchmark, 35 grain bergers at an oal of 2.260 and rem. brass that was prepped and cci br-4 primers. You will probably find the sweet spot for your gun within .1 grain either way. Work up to that load for safety though. It is not hot in my gun. but mighty accurate.

i have really good luck with benchmark too.. 27.9 grs cci br4 hornady brass and 32 gr sierra bk just off the rifling. ONE HOLE
