Looking for a gas block w/ a 1.00" bore

Title says it, looking for a GB with a 1.00" bore. There may be something gone wrong with the GB i asked about in a previous post, I know 1." GB's are not a common item so just looking for a replacement if necessary.

Are you certain it is actually a 1" inside diameter? I know most 1" AR bull barrels use a .936" gas block which is fairly easy to find. Not saying you are wrong, just curious if you are certain the gas block is 1" and not mistaking it for a .936" gas block.

Certain it is 1.0" , from the GB section to the muzzle is .970, both measured on two calipers , one digital, and one mechanical

Find someone with a Borescope to inspect the alignment from inside . If that fails remove upper , bolt carrier , use a rubber tipped blowgun and soapy water around block . Block muzzle ( lead slug or wood dowel ) blow air from chamber with finger over gas tube . It doesn't take much pressure . Look for bubbles .
When setting gas blocks I blow into barrel extension , again with muzzle blocked , then listen for max airflow before pinning or setting gas block . Coffee time !
