This model is a 18.5 inch swing, I know this is like looking for teeth on a hen but im trying anyway thanks, Brian

I have a couple of spares from 13" lathes that could easily be adapted to this mount. Would work for up to about 6" diameter workpieces. --Jerry

Ive see some for 10ee's occasionally on ebay, but nothing else. it sounds like you dont have a EE though.

In five years I've only seen one follow rest for anything other than a 10ee.

What model do you need one for?

You have a great looking lathe. Monarch probably made the best taper of anyone. It runs on ball bearings. I sold my 16CW when I decided to move because it was going to be a major chore to move it. It had a steady rest but not a follower.

Though it's headstock is on the long side for gun work it is still a great lathe with lots of muscle and special features that make threading easier. Smooth and quiet.

Yeah, she's a beauty. I like that color too. Is it a 54"?

A regal and a tree mill I think. Is that a third lathe I spy back there too? Boy oh boy! What kind of other toys do you have in there?

This "toy" stays in the shop all winter too... we use it a lot during the summer

Cool. Do you ever make it out to rollaget with that?
Nope that engine has never been up there. In fact I dont think it's ever been out of the state since it was made. We wouldn't mind bringing it up there though, the last time i visited that show i was 12 years old.
