Longer oal 223 mag box rem 700

Can someone tell me which follower is better for feeding longer 6x45 rounds in a 700 rem. I’ll be shortening the block in the back of the magazine box and using a belt sander to make follower fit the narrower dimension of the 223 box. the followers came from 243 or 22-250 rifles.2296973A-B035-45D4-B04B-8A6095EA9BEB.pngD900F0EA-CDD7-4868-BB4B-16FF13AA15D6.png
