Long Range Shooting Training Program

We will finish our 600 yard range at Columbus, WI this spring. I will be teaching a long range shooting program. Basic stuff elevation adjustment and reading the wind. I am planning on using the Shooter Ready program. Any other curriculum ideas?

Terry,
Drop me a note at pullbanger@aol.com Have done the same thing for 5 years here in Elk River, MN. I have ran a couple hundred people through 600 yards over those years. I can explain what we do to test equipment and train shooters. I also have a power point you could look at.

A new 600-yard range in Wisconsin? Columbus looks to be maybe 20 minutes east of Winnequah, near Lodi!

You gonna have pits & target carriers? Other firing points besides 600 yards? This a club range? Got a website?

What kinda plans you have for scheduled events? You might want to let Konrad Powers know about your schedule, he's finishing up the 2012 10-States Highpower Schedule for mid-March distribution. More shooters know about this the better!

Columbus is about 20 miles Northeast of Madison. There are too many things to iron out this spring to make any plans.
I agree with you about telling everyone. We hope to do so soon.

Thanks!
