Not me. I had a 6 month warranty on my 1500 bought through Brownells. It became inaccurate after about 8 months and they refused to honor the warranty. Back to Brownells for a full refund.

RCBS is on my s list after that. The only product of theirs that I still use is the lube pad.

It is nice to find a place to repair things, but you need to check the economics of it. It is an electronic component like a TV set. Years ago, you got a broken tv repaired. Now the cost of repair can be very near the cost of a new one and you still have an old unit that likely to quit working again.

The cost of repair and shipping is key to your decision.

While I'm not disagreeing with you, I had a Sony flatscreen TV that quit network communication. Out of warranty by a couple of months. Took a chance and bought a new network adaptor on ebay for something like $12, took 20 minutes to swap it out, and it's been running fine for the last 3 years. I have no idea what a repair shop would have charged, but I suspect it's be 100x or more what I invested.

Use Hornady one shot and be rid of RCBS all together

I'm ready to try one, any 300$ piece of equipment that needs a McDonald's soda straw to halfass work ought to have told me something before my "warranty" expired. Darn thing never has worked right...
