The following pictures were taken with a Nikon 5200 W/ Nikon DX AF-S Nikkor 35mm 1:1.8G lens attached with the Kowa Digiscope attachment on my Kowa TSN-82SV with the 20-60X eyepiece.
This was my first attempt at digiscoping with that setup and I am still learning.
The pictures are in order of magnification according to the markings on the eyepiece itself:
20X, 30X, 40X, 50X and 60X. The distance between the 6 foot target at Lodi is only 12 inches, which is why we see more targets that usual at the various magnifications. I will take some pictures of the target line at Bayou Rifles in a few weeks and we can then see the spread on a regular line.
Let's remember that the jump from 20X to 30X is 50% increase; the jump from 30X to 40X is 33% increase; the jump from 40X to 50X is 25% increase and the jump from 50X to 60X is 20% increase.
But going from 20X to 60X is 300% increase.
