Lock-tite, Epoxy or leave alone?

I have nearly all the parts for my latest project, but have a question for those who have tube gun experience. I am building an Elisio RTM in .338Rem. UltraMag and I have heard lots of different stories regarding securing the action into the tube chassis.

Some permanently epoxy the action in, others have used lock-tite so the action is more secure, but still able to be disassembled. Others just install it and use the brass screws. I want the unltimate in repeatability with this rifle, and it will be subject to heavy recoil.

Ideas and suggestions?

Thanks,
Scott
