Local Gun Shop

Man, I went into my local gun shop last week and that parking lot was as full as I've ever seen it. This was on a thursday at 11:00, I work the afternoon shift ). You would have thought that they were giving away the stuff for free ! They were out of .22 rimfire and the shelf space could hold about 9 or 10 cases. So I fell into the feeding frenzy and started to load up on powder and primers. I don't think it will be long before big taxes hit ammo. Cigarettes here are about $6 a pack and people are still buying so is ammunition next ? I wouldn't be suprised.

Friend of mine sells ammo at gunshows. Last weekend people were bringing shopping carts into the gunshow and filling them with ammo. The five ammo dealers there sold out. Of course all the AR15's were sold by 2 sat. afternoon.

I would say stock up now if you can. At any rate if the big bans or tax hikes do not come you have some stuff that is cheaper than what you will pay next year.
