Loading Retumbo in the .284 behind 140 VLD

Does anybody load Retumbo in the .284 Winchester? I would like to use the 140 VLD Bullet.

I know they put it in the 6.5-284, but I can not find it for just the .284 Win.

way too slow. For the 140gn bullet, you would be better moving back to H4350. Even H4831sc is as slow as anyone uses with 180gn bullets.
