Loading Question for 20 Vartarg

When forming 20vt brass from 221 Fireball brass do you have to have a full length sizing die? I have Wilson die set-up for my 6mmBr and use arbor press. Could the 221 brass be run through a wilson 20 vt neck sizer by using a couple of decending sized bushings? Last question, What is recommended size of final bullet seating bushing ? I'm guessing about .231 ? Thanks for any help you can give me.

That's all I did, just ran the Fireball case into a Redding bushing die.

As for your second question, naturally it will depend on the brass. I'm not at home right now, but I believe my loaded round diameter is ~.228. I'm using a .226 bushing.
