Loading H380 in 223 for AR15

Has anyone try it in 223. If so what load.

That is a slow powder more suited to 22-250 and up. I checked the hodgdon website and they don't even list it and I never heard of it being used in a .223. Do you have any other powders available?

i tried some in my long range ar with 90 berger vlds. cant remember the velocity I was getting but I know the case was full. this barrel is a CLE 18" spr with 7" twist. I would guess that a much longer tube would be better suited to this powder/bullet combo
