Should come with the die. Same plug as a SWC, usually; has a ring that hits towards the outer edge of the bullet face.

Edit to add: You can probably use a round nose seater as well, if it has an outside diameter of less than .300 or so (32 SW/SWL uses diameters from .312ish to about .315".) You can also fill the RN cavity in the seater with epoxy and end up with a completely flat seater plug.

Ok great I'll try it with my dies once I find them in storage

I just loaded some .45 LSWC using the standard Redding seating screw. The seater actually hit on the shoulder as I was thinking I might need a flat one too.

Ideally, you'd want the seater to hit on the shoulder of the full diameter "shelf" of the SWC bullet (assuming the nose is a truncated cone, like a H&G 68.) I suspect that may be pretty rare though (recess would have to be deep and wide enough to accommodate all nose shapes.) Most SWC seaters have a conical recess to help center the nose of the bullet; force is applied to the flat nose to seat (not on the shoulder.)

If the recess in your seater is formed to take a roundnose bullet, make sure it's not rounding off the corner of the face on the SWC. I doubt it would affect all that much functionally, but aesthetically it would be bad.
