Load recipe? Shooters World Precision, 223 Rem, 55 gr

I was able to get some Shooters World Precision and the bottle shows a 223 Rem load recipe for for 77 gr bullets, but I'm looking for a recipe for 55gr bullets. Has anyone developed a load for that combination? thx
Jeff

Yes as @cptjack says, download their data. To help you:

https://shootersworldpowder.com/wp-content/uploads/shooters-world-manual.pdf

page 40 et seq. There are some 5.56 loads shown including two 55s and they confirm what I've had suggested otherwise - SW Precision Rifle (Lovex SO62 as we know it in Europe) is really a bit too slow burning for 55gn bullets in the cartridge. Max load is 26gn, compressed (and some!!) for a low MV. Basically, you won't be able to overload this combination.

Although SO62/Precision Rifle is shown in burn rate charts on the same line as VarGet, IME with 77s, it's significantly slower burning than the Hodgdon powder in this application.

Thanks, guys, very helpful. I thought I'd scoured the net but I'd missed that document.

A follow-up question, however - the table lists 223 loads for 60 - 77 grain bullets, but not down to 55gr. The 55's are listed in the 556 section, hence my question - 556 is designed for higher pressure than 223, so one could expect that the 55gr loads listed in the 556 section may be intended to produce 556-level pressures.

I'm loading plinkers for use in a 223 Wylde, to be used to introduce friends to shooting at the range, rather than for more precise uses. I want to be certain I stay within 223 pressure levels and since the 55gr loads are listed in the 556 section, is there a risk that these loads will produce pressure levels in excess of the 223 Wylde design pressure level?

This has been a little frustrating - I bought the Shooter's World Precision for this purpose when I found it available (and nothing else was!), believing various posts that it was interchangeable with Varget, but now I'm having a lot of trouble finding a safe load range for this powder with this bullet.

I did a work up in 223 with H335 and 55 gr bullets.
I measured each extractor groove diameter before and after firing.

Vernon Speer wrote in 1956 that he developed loads by working up to brass change, and then backed off 6% powder charge.

Load away, 223 wylde is designed for 5.56 pressures.

Yep, Wylde is largely a modified 5.56 chamber to improve precision. But you won't hit NATO 62,000 psi pressures anyway, or anywhere near this level, with this powder and 55s - unless you're running some really heavy and low capacity brass.

There is some very interesting stuff here on 223 Rem SAAMI v Wylde v 5.56 chambers and ammunition standards / actual pressures / pressure measurement method variations:

How does that get you an accurate load?
I have never found one load more accurate than another.
I bought this rifle [of the above work up] mail order used. I cleaned it and shot it with mixed brass and blemished 33 gr bullets at 100 yards. It is good enough for ground squirrels.
