What is the most effective/efficient way to isolate out or combine components to get an accurate load? I am dealing with 3 of the most popular powders for a 6.5x47, 2 bullets 123, and 130s, and 2 types of primers? my rifle has a 30 inch bbl. Should I start with the slowest burning powder? should I shoot three , three shot groups scaling up and down from the max book load for the powder in 3/10ths gr or 5/10s increments? In your experience the difference between the bullet weight is not much, so just pick one bullet and stick with it till I get a load I am happy with then experiment with the second bullet and adj. the powder charge? And then switch out the primers?
I do not want to reinvent the wheel, most here have way more experience than me. Just looking for the correct scientific method, or some good tips, so as not to waste time and money.

PS all my cases are neck turned and fire formed. and I am going to jump my bullets for now, to take pressure spikes out of the equation.
