Lnl powder drop question

I have my lnl setup and I notice that the powder drop sleeve touches the shell plate when no case is in the holder, I haven't noticed yet if any powder falls but just a slight touch of the plate. I don't think it's an issue but thought I would ask if anyone else sees that on their lnl

It's the inner sleeve (the "funnel" part) that actuates the measure. It gets pushed up by the mouth of the case.

If you want to know if it's actuating without a case, just cycle the handle and look at the measure linkage; the linkage goes through about 60 degrees of travel to drop a charge. You'll see the measure raise out of the mount by the height of the brass as well.

If it is dropping powder without a case, you'll know it, as it will spill all over the place.
