Little Dandy powder measure?

picked up a little dandy powder measure with a large lot of reloading stuff. it does not have any rotors with it. before i spend any money on rotors, is it a decent measure?

I have used mine to load several thousands of pistol rounds over the years.

Had one but didn't care for it much. I like my competition model RCBS powder measure better.
