WANTED LIPSKI ADAPTER --REDFIELD SIGHT TO PIC RAIL

I have never even seen one and they are discontinued I think- but I am looking for a LIPSKI adapter to put a Redfield rear peep sight on a scope rail
Somebody has to have on in a drawer somewhere Thanks!!!!!!!!
