Leupolds flip up scope covers

I just poped for a set for my 6.5X20 50MM LR 30mm tube, scope, and what a difference over the all plastic ones, that never fit quite right, and didn't want to stay on.
These are all aluminum, screw in, and are adjustable so there always up, when tight. And they use vary small, but strong magnets to hold them closed on there O ring seal.
There not cheap, but on a nice rifle and scope, I think there worth the $80. cost per set. And for what its worth, they look as cool as they work.

I have a pair on my 8.5-25 I like everything about the design. When open they lay completely flat so the bill of your cap doesn't get in the way like most of the plastic ones. They seal great, magnets are good and strong, but flip open fast when you need it. Yes they are a little pricey for scope caps, but they are the best ones I've seen.

I wish Sightron would make these, as these are the scopes I am buying now.

Agree, the flip-up Leupolds are very nice. I did have one on the eyepiece that would not tighten: screw it on as tight as possible, and the cover would always flop-over to the left or right when opened. Leupold knew exactly what I was talking about and quickly sent a replacement O-ring. Problem solved.
