Leupold warranty on scopes with Ackerman reticles ??

I have a 35x LCS with a raised fine cross hair reticle from Ackermans shop,,I been getting some vertical in UBR matches that I dont get at home shooting groups,,I was shooting yesterday and looking through the scope when adjusting up/down it seems to not move when putting in 1-2 clix but then put in 1-2 more and it will move too much and have to come back,,

I know it is well documented that some of these early scopes were bad for this,,now if I send this scope to Leupold are they gonna fix it and leave my reticle alone or is there gonna be hassles as with the Premier scopes,,
this 35x has not been boosted only the raised reticle installed,,

Leupold won't honor a warranty fix on scopes that has been altered.

James is correct; Leupold will not warranty an altered scope. Why not return it to Ackerman for examination?

Call Leupold and ask them, might be worth paying there charge to fix it, if they will....OR ...might be a good scope to modify again and have Brackney freeze the scope X-Hair and do the micrometer scope rings......
