Frank it’s the low profile plastic knobs with the hash marks around the dial.Are you referring to the part you grasp to turn or the flat washer like part with the numbers on it? There are also the "coin slot" type scopes with a slot instead of a knob to turn. A pic would help. But personally on a Leupold, if there is a problem I would call Leupold. On the "tall" target knobs, there are 3 very tiny set screws locate near the top on the side where the numbers are that allow you to adjust the "zero" position or completely remove the numbered dial.

I think I found the answer online, but welcome any first hand or second hand info on this question.Question re compatibility with older Leupold VX3 or VXiii. Assume I have one of the older 3.5x10 or 4.5x14 with coin slot turret with caps. I am not concerned with making it custom to my bullet etc, will this product work with the older model scopes? Essentially looking for a stoney point set up. I have never tried the stoney point product fwiw.
