Leupold VX6 7-42 broke

I got my Leupold back today way ahead of what I thought it would be just one problem They did not fix it just moved the clucking noise. Before it was in middle of turning the focus knob now it make the noise at the ends.

I sent this one back and leupold sent me a new unopen VX6 7-42x56 it has the same problem sent this one back working on the refund now.

I got 2 of them! and both did the same thing right out of the box. I am waiting to get them both back right now. The optics looked great and I will hold off on the final judgment until I get them back, but it is disappointing to have that kind of money waiting on a repair right out of the box.

I usually wait til something is out for a while before I jump I didn't this time and I really should have.

dragman did you get your scopes fixed, they did not fix my scope and I sent it back and got a new one that had the same problem, working on the refund now.

They sent me two new unopened scopes back. I opened one and put it on and all seems to be fine I did check the serial number to verify that they sent me new ones and they did. I didn't need the second one since I had already replaced it with another scope so I am leaving it in the original packaging and selling it.
