Anyone using this scope-Leupold VX-II Rifle Scope 6-18x 40mm Adjustable Objective 1/8 MOA Target Dot Reticle Matte? If so, do you like it, how is the glass.

I have one of these scopes and love it!!!
I have had it on both my small bore and large bore silhouette rifles. It has always moved up and returned to the same zero for a particular yard line. Right after I got it I put it on my prone rifle and shot a mid range match, at St. Louis Benchrest club, and was suprised that I could read the mirage better with this rifle scope than with my Kowa 821 spotting scope.

I have moved to higher power scopes for the prone matches but continue on with the 6-18 Leupold for Silo.

I had two of them, one with target knobs (my favorite) and one without. Found them to both be excellent. Proof that you don't have to spend big bucks to get a quality scope, made in the USA with a forever warranty. The only reason they were sold was because I needed more magnification for the longer distance competition benchrest match's. Our 10 rings are 2" in diameter at 500 yards & meters, so a 18x won't cut it.
