I would assume the knob is screwed onto the power ring. Seems like the older scopes had a screw in this spot that might accept a screw in lever/stud. No idea for sure. I would call Leupold on this one. Let me know.So you want to take the eyepiece off and let the nitrogen out? And let moist air in so it will fog up on you?

Like the Shadow, only Leupold would probably know, call them. But you can also check out some of the clamp on style rings that are use on cameras, etc. and use them.Anybody know?
Um. No.So you want to take the eyepiece off and let the nitrogen out? And let moist air in so it will fog up on you?

Late to this thread. @fkimble the op didn’t say anything about removing eye piece or letting out nitrogen. So your reply really hasn’t contributed to this thread. Unless you’re trying to tell us something. If so, tell us! If the screw is removed will the eye piece fall off? Will the nitrogen escape? If so how did the short throw lever in the picture get installed? By Leupold? Cheers MikeSo you want to take the eyepiece off and let the nitrogen out? And let moist air in so it will fog up on you?
