Leupold Target Dot Scopes

Am I missing something or did Leupold do away with everything with a dot except for the 45x?
Looking for a fixed 6x with dot and can't find any listed anywhere including Leupolds site.

You could order straight from Leupold and the custom shop can put the reticle you want in it.

just looked and it seems as if the leupold hunter class scope is no more so you cant even go the custom shop route.

Dusty I've checked just about every maker of optics I can think of and nobody is making them anymore.
I guess this will now begin the down fall of " Hunter Class " for competitions.

Or itcould be a gold mine sitting in a guys safe!! Ive been shooting short range br now for a shade over 20yrs and ive never seen a hunter br match- where do they hold the matches?

Dusty all IBS score matches have the Hunter class included.
Actually the old timers in the game say that is how it all started, with hunting guns and 6x or lower scopes.

The "fall" began when IBS allowed custom actions in the 6 power Hunter Class ~ 1999. A few good men resisted and stayed with Remington actions and continued to win like Eddie Harren, and Vince Pastorella. The newer 6x scopes with adjustable objective were junk compared to the original models (all steel El Paso Weaver and Burris HBR ). I have a '05 Leupold Hunter 6x comp scope with a smaller custom dot and it has been problem free and exceptionally clear.
