Leupold customer service

I’ve got a 12-40x60 Gold Ring spotter that’s old, I bought it used 11-12 years ago and it was old then, about a year ago I was outside messing around and the chocolate lab came running around the house and knocked the tripod over and it shattered the lens in the eyepiece and scratched the objective lens pretty good.
I finally got around to sending it back with full disclosure on what happened and they just fixed it and sent it back no charge

Sure can't complain about that sort of service! The only time I ever used their customer service they did fine. I had bashed a 6.5x20 scope and it was unrepairable. They replaced it with a better scope. It was my own error to accept a front focal plane, mil dot scope, with a "screen door recticle" though! Leupold did great; me? not so much . . . .
 
My RX1000i rangefinder refused to turn on. I called them. I was told they do not repair. They gave me a deal on a new replacement
