Leupold 6.5-20x40 reticle question

Acquired a 6.5-20x40 leupold with an unusual reticle. At least for me. Hoping someone has info on it.
First thought it is a Premier reticle scope, but I don't seem to see this in an online search of old reticles.
It is a older gloss vari XIII with target turrets. I could not get a real good pic, obviously since it is leaning.
Any help would be appreciated..

I think it's a fine cross hair with a loose spring.

If you rotate the scope, does any part of the "crosshair" move? Maybe tap it and see if that weird part moves a little.

I bet if you sent that pic to Leupold, they would tell you to send it in!

No movement at all. First thing i tried.

As for the loose spring, I thought maybe something internal was the issue, but it us centered perfectly.

After more looking on line, I think the reticle is 180 out. I saw a few pictures of a similar reticle, just inverted. I'll send back to leupold and have it fixed.
