Like new with a set of new leather scope covers; no ring marks or lens scratches.
Original box and accessories. 30mm tube, 1/8" clicks

What will it focus down to?

50 yards for sure. I have a couple of 45X that work fine at 50.
Less than that, you would need to consult with air rifle pros.
My cursory google search did not yield any results regarding min. distance.

I have used both the 40 & 45 power at a wildcat match at 33 yards with no problems.
