I don't have the box, it is a VX-R patrol with elevation and windage dials and fire dot tmr type reticle.
 
These are excellent Scopes. I have the 3x9 and a 4x12. Like em both! No longer availabile new, so they are just gonna get higher!
 
Is this MOA or MIL adjustments? Forgive me, I'm not familiar with the Patrol.
