I sure wish we had some f-class shoots in my area. When i started shooting rifles i always shot from the ground. I grew pretty accustomed to this style. I have settled in on more of the bench-rest disciplines, but there is still a strong part of me that want to try f-class shooting. I have this new Haverkamp action with a new Brux 6mm 8.5 twist barrel on it chambered in a 6br, and i am thinking i may just build a belly gun. I am not sure what stock to go with, if i decide to go through with this idea. I would want a stock that was equally situated on the bench as well as the ground. I had a Lawton in a McMillan f-class stock one time and i really liked the stock, but it wasnt much good from the bench. I guess a tooley MBR would work ok, but i dont care for that stock from the bench much either. Just not comfortable to me. They are great stocks, and i really like it from the ground, so maybe that would still be the best route to take?? Anyway i was hoping so of you fine folks would share some photos of your rigs, or at least tell us all about them. what caliber and all. thanks fellas!! Lee

Here's mine, Savage LH SA. Krieger 1-8tw 30" MTU contour, Russo Manners T-2 Stock, Pillar bedded with devcon, single shot follower installed, Rem ADL guard, Leupold VX-3 8.5-25x50. Built by me.
I've shot two F-class matches with it so far. Averaged a 193 at the first match, coming in 2nd, and winning the team match, and the 2nd match i shot with it, I won for the first day, and came in 2nd for the weekend averaging a 195.

who is a distributor for the robertson long range stocks? Looks nice fellas!! Do you see many mcmillan f-class stocks on the line? I read over on BRC that the mcmillan f-class has a bit to much vibration, or flex. Anyone care to discuss this issue? Thanks again!! Lee

Bill, she is but my wife that shot it has passed away and I have not shot it since.

IIRC, I bought this rifle from you.

Lee.
If I was building an F-Class rifle today, I would use one of Ray Bowman's stocks.
