I purchased a new Lenzi rear bag recently and had to fill it with sand. I thought I would put this out there for anybody else in a similar situation.
I purchased 20 lb of heavy sand from Protektor to fill the body of the bag. The ears were filled with play sand. After filling the body I had 4 lb 12 oz of heavy sand remaining.
Total weight of the bag after filling is 16 lb 12 oz. The heavy sand makes a significant difference in the weight. I have another Lenzi bag that I bought filled. I am unsure of the fill material, but it weighs 4 lb less than the one I just filled.
