Selling my Leica Geovid BD 7x42 range finding binoculars. These belong to my late father and I have been using them for the last 16 years. Glass is super no scratches. The outside has a scuff or two.. This bino ranges in meters. and the electronics still works perfectly. Comes with canvas carrying case. Only reason selling, I do not hunt anymore. This binoculars is a great deal for a Leica. Asking $525 and that includes shipping. Will take check from gold and silver members.

How far do they range?

I have one of these that I inherited. I use it for prairie dog shooting. I regularly range out to 600 yards with my elbows firmly planted on the bench. When I put it on a tripod I can get to 900. Usually I need to have a mound, rock or bush near the pd for a target. The quality of the glass is incredible, only binoculars I can use for many hours without straining my eyes.

Even by today's standards these are still amazing. I've got a friend that has a set of these and he still uses them today on the PD fields. Very very good set. Fantastic price to boot

A real steal! Had a pair for many years and are wonderful binoculars and super accurate at ranging. Well worth the $ if just used as binoculars.
