SELLING Leica 10x42 Range Finding Binoculars and Swarovski 8x30 SLC’s

It’s been a while since I’ve been able to draw a tag and not sure if I ever will. So I’m clearing out some of my hunting stuff. I’ll probably try to buy it back once I draw a tag . I’ve got a couple pairs of binoculars for sale.
First is a pair of Swarovski 8x30 SLC. These are the clearest bino’s I’ve looked thru. $575 plus shipping and insurance to the lower 48.
Second is a pair of Leica 10x42 Range finding binoculars. $850 plus shipping to the lower 48.

How far do the Leicas range deer/elk?

I think they say 1300 yards but in my experience they’d have to be standing next to a truck to get that far reliably. It really depends on the conditions. Clear mornings or evenings do best and a solid reading at 600 to 800 yards is pretty reliable. I’ll usually try to hit a reflective surface (a rock or snow patch) close by to verify what the game animal is ranging.
