I am trying to find a left hand stock synthetic for my LA with varmint barrel. I put a Choate tactical on a SA but want something more sporter. Seems like nobody makes left stocks for Savage. I am thinking of getting a right hand ambidextorous stock and filling the bolt slot and cutting a new one on left but not sure that can e done without looking bad. McMillan can do one for lots of money and 6 months. Any ideas would be appreciated.
