Lee Six Thumbhole Benchrest Stock

Does anyone have any idea of the going rate for a Lee Six thumbhole stock with a 3 inch wide forend, pillar bedded and inletted for a Remington short action?

I had a Panda in 1 a long time ago when they where in business. Last time i was up at Kelblys i am pretty sure Jim said he bought the molds for the stocks. Give them a call, i think they can help you.

I don't think you can get em anymore. The Kelbys just aren't Lee Six.

That looks like the old "Hall Pattern" from Lee Six. There was also a "Stolle Pattern" with a rollover cheekpeice.

I have one, like the picture in the previous post, that has a DGA action glued in it. I like it. I think that Bill Shehane makes a laminated version, that has had its toe angle flattened and forend extended. I don't put my thumb in the hole while pulling the trigger (2 oz.) to reduce the chance of unwanted input to the rifle. Sometimes what feels the best may not shoot the best.

Yeah I use Shethane 'modified Lee Six', and I also steer clear of the thumbhole while normally shooting free recoil.
Today, I would only use a thumbhole with a hunting rifle, and would need the toe angle of an actual Lee Six for that.

But I have not been able to find one that hasn't been inletted and bedded for some action yet. I would want to put a BAT in one.
