lee loader for 6br

shooters,

seeking a small rig that can go to the range with me, im trying to cut down a 243 lee loader so it will work with 6br. the de priming rod seems to be .080" so remington brass may be al thats workable. cutting the main sizing tube with the band saw was not difficult. ill post a report when i have loaded and fired some ammo.

Forget the Lee loaders i would not ream or drill the flash holes of your cases you accuracy will all turn to sh** get yourself an arbour press and hand dies they are extreemly accurate and available for the 6mmBR what do you think that benchrest shooters use to reload at the range with. You will not be able to full length size with the arbour press but you cant with a Lee loader unless you have a vice or are hammering the cases in that is not a great idea anyway. Also if you use the 243 dies your shoulder is in the wrong position and a different angle and diameter it will not work well. get on to Sinclair Intl on the web and order an Arbour press kit it will have evrything you need for Neck Sizind and seating cases at the range.
