Lee Classic Turret Press problem

The turret was always hard to rotate and I lost one ratchet. Now the bearing ball fell off from the ring and it does not stay inside the hole anymore. I need to hold it in place with my finger while installing the turret. And then the turret is much harder to rotate then before and I lost another ratchet. Any suggestions?

The turret groove is very rough:

I pinged the edge of the hole with a center punch after putting the ball back in. Oil or grease the edges for less galling.
The plastic parts are the fail points. Lee told me it's made that way on purpose.
Call Lee. They were great at sending the plastics to me.
I just started turning it by hand. Not good enough for me to do competition rifle. I do/did my pistol brass with it.

Stake around the hole with punch and hammer to hold detent ball in

I very regularly clean and lube the turret with Hornandy one shot gun lube.
You obviously have some severe galling
