Lee Breech Lock Quick Change Bushing "Slop"

I've got a Lee Challenger Breech Lock press, and the quick change bushing is driving me somewhat crazy. I'm no he-man, but the bushing has gotten to where it won't stay put - it can be rotated a few degrees in either direction when it should be locked in place. At first glance, it looks like the button that should hold it has actually worn down some material on the bushing. Has anyone else experienced this, and what did you do about it - just buy new bushings? Also, are there any products out there that would just replace the bushing? I don't mind screwing dies in and out, if it means they're going to stay where I set them.

Photos for reference, if they help:

Had the same experience with mine and can't really remember the circumstances but I was obviously overtightening it.
I've acquired and use a lot of other presses since so the Lee sits with a decap die in it and is dedicated to that task.
I made a short handle for it and that combined with the flawless spent primer catcher set up it will always have a spot on the bench.
