LC MATCH 308 brass Find

As a PIECE offering ;D I went "garage sale" shopping with the S/O, and the reloading gods were smiling on me as I found two rusty ammo cans full of LC 63 MATCH brass. When questing the seller, she said they came from her father who shot for the USA team in the early 70's
My question is, should I anneal the necks being as old as they are, or just size, trim to length, load and shoot ??

You have no history on them, so anneal them... you can't go wrong.
