Here are some of his brothers, there are four of them resting in the shade under those trees. I have a better camera coming and will show you them when they are grown.

Beautify executed fire break. Them bucks ain't to bad either.

Phil, the one thing i saw most of in Burns was rattlesnakes!

Bc'z, it is a good break but the reason they are up that high is because of the mountain lions that were using them as place to hide under while stalking the deer.
You DON'T mess with the deer as the cats found out. A few of the guys here use can's and the result is, plenty of pet deer and no lions.

I couldn't get pic to load.
I arrowed a buck last year late in evening behind our place. We were following his blood trail, when mama noticed a buck seeking down the hill to our right " looked like he was real sick" so that's where we concentrated our attention. Its starting to get dark now.
We should have stayed on the blood.
Next morning we went back to last spot of blood got on my hands n knees with a bottle of peroxide he looped to the left ,took me a few hours but I found him.
Deer was gutted both hinds were eaten on and a back strap.
I tagged him out took all 27 lbs of meat that was not touched with a couple cups of Thai chilies n made some pepperoni sticks.

I think he's saying I should get my fire break n cat control in order.
Mine is tight up to the creek, other side of creek isn't mine. Huge green space that the critters n transients use as a travel route.
