Donuts inside and Outside ?
Using New .284 Laupa Brass in a Match Rifle Long Throat for 180 HB's .
Are you getting Donuts outside at neck shoulder ?

I use Widden FL Bushing Dies on my Necked up 6.5-.284 Laupa and Straight Winchester .284 Brass . ( I have 300 New .284)
The Winchester is never given me Donuts.
The Necked up 6.5X.284 starts Donuts on the third Firing .
I anneal every Firing .

I do be leave those Donuts at the Shoulder act as a Pressure seal and Chamber Problem ?
The inside Donuts are not a real problem as my Bullet is seated above it .

Thanks for your input , in the mean time Cutting Donuts !

Are you sure there is a donut on the outside? Bushing dies cannot size all the way to the neck/shoulder junction, leaving a short (or long, if desired) section of the neck unsized. I haven't worked with a Whidden, but Redding bushing dies have a radius on the mouth of the bushing, and the hole that passes the neck must allow for the largest reasonable bushing; that combines to leave a bit of the neck unsized at best.

Yes there is a donut at the base of the neck on most cases fired three times. When I size one of these case for a 2-3 thousand Shoulder Bump they are hard to Chamber. I have used a Sharpie to mark the neck area.
The case has circle around that Donut. I set up my Foster neck trimmer and remove that Donut around a less than 1/8 in length. Then the cases will Chamber with no effort .
I have a FL Die on Order to is if It helps ? This was pointed out in another post ?
I have Winchester on the forth firing and do not see this Problem ?

I have had issues with my .284 Whidden die not sizing properly. It was not sizing the shoulder/body junction properly on Peterson brass.

I do not have the donut problem with my 300 pieces of the new Lapua .284 Win brass. I also switched to the Bullet Central Micron die.
