lapua factory ammo 90 or 105 better?

Assuming 6mmBR Norma? I have used both in a 1:8 Twist barrel and had better groupings with the 90s. I also initially bought to get the brass. Not sure if it will make a difference, but the 90s I bought were the old red box and the 105s where the new blue box. I understand there is a difference in the two brasses.

True, But I can say that the Velocities were consistent with the factory ammo, which I thought was good.

any consensus which bullet weight better out to 600 yards, need brass might just get loaded rounds at dealer cost
No consensus as to which would be more accurate in your rifle, so I think you should buy some of each and see what's what. That's what I did, and still haven't figured out which is the better alternative. (Both are capable of sub-1/2 MOA in my rifle, which is a good problem... and like you're thinking, you then have superb brass to reload.)

Have you considered the Norma 'Diamond' line? It too is supposed to be capable of excellent accuracy, on par with handloads, and it is available at just under $2/round from at least one online source. I've pondered trying it, but they use a moly-coated bullet, and I didn't want to introduce that extra factor in consideration. IMO, you go all the way with moly, or no moly. YMMV. :)

only have access to lapua factory ammo at dealer pricing

getting the chamber done to hopefully suit the ammo, chosen

one needs to fine tune the reamer depth to suit the difference in the 2 cartridges

so if the consensus is the 105 then get the reamer set to a particular seating depth to
suit that bullet weight
then use the e c tuner to fine tune for my 600 or less needs
