Lapua cartridges

Is the brass used in Lapua loaded cartridges the same as the virgin brass they sell?

yeap and darn good brass if may say.just loaded some up for my 223.if not wrong this will be the 14th time its been loaded.annealing and all helped out.and only two felt like the pockets had grown a bit.but hey it will still shoot at least one more time.
